It supports its clients to develop and sharpen the "right" investment thesis, and assists them in the valuation exercise, negotiations and documentation. Backed by a strong understanding of the domain and operational experience, the team manages the investment process including business due-diligence, risk assessment, and at the request of the promoter/investor manages the legal and accounting due diligence process and engages legal support on behalf of the client. Upon consummation of the transaction, the team focuses on return enhancement by preparing strategic blueprints, identifying quick wins, developing reporting and monitoring systems and conducting leadership workshops. The quant team supports the client through active management during the complete investment cycle.
